Recently Sign1News anchor Crystal Cousineau competed in a “Tough Mudder” 5K challenge.
This grueling 3 mile, 13-obstacle course forced Crystal to find her inner warrior.
We used three cameras to capture video for the story, including a GoPro camera strapped to Crystal’s head so you can see what she sees, including when one slip of the hand landed her underwater.
